KETTEL BELL TRAINING
PROGRAM: Simulated kettel bell workout with dumb bells, can be performed any where. No need for actual kettel bells, functional weightlifting style routines, works core postural muscle groups, lower back targeted.
PROGRAM: Total body workout, all body parts worked, cardiovascular training, functional light weight training, core fitness exercises, sprints, kickboxing, boxing with pad work, abdominal exercise work, agility exercises, plyometrics, simulated kettel bell training with dumb bells, stairs, pool exercises.

MAT PILATES
